This is my first short instrumental CD (it was released on my birthday, hence the name).
It includes some four original songs and one cover. Some of the songs were composed in less than an hour, others took three-to-four years.
The project took about 3 weeks to produce — and it was a good excuse for me to learn how to use a MIDI keyboard + synths and actually learn how to edit and master instrumental songs. I have sprinkled some easter eggs, mainly for my personal delight, but the most keen-eared may be able to observe in a second or third listen.

EQUIPMENT
I think it is important to note that this was recorded in a room without sound isolation and with reasonably cheap equipment. A lot can be done through mixing and mastering to improve the sound.

Microphone Blue Yeti Nano mic (bought new on Amazon for 170 euros)
